Shipping policy

Domestic Orders:
Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 4 to 7 business days. However, during peak shopping seasons or major events like PSL, delivery times may extend.

International Orders:
Delivery to international destinations generally takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs clearance and other factors. We use FedEx for international shipments, with rates calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Delivery Terms:
Orders are delivered to the specified home or office address and must be signed for upon receipt. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to deliver the order twice as many.

Shipping Rates:

• Local Orders:
  1. Free shipping is available for orders exceeding Rs. 4500/-
  2. A flat rate of Rs. 199- applies to orders below this amount.
  
  
• International Orders:
  1. All international orders must be fully prepaid, including the cost of the merchandise, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes or customs duties. 
  2. Shipping rates vary based on destination and package specifications.
  3. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
