Refund policy

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds are processed only for items returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Non-Refundable items:
    Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


                     
 Exchange policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    1. products are eligible for exchange if returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
    2. Exchanges can be made for the same product or a different product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Initiating an Exchange:

  • Preparing Your Return:
    1. Pack the exchange order securely in its original packaging.
    2. Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
    3. Ship the product to: Zalmi store, Haier Factory HNR 19.5 KM, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

  • Processing the Exchange:
    1. Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process the exchange.
    2. Once we inspect your returned order, we will process the exchange, and you will receive a notification about the new order via email

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    If your product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at 0304-1118081 to arrange for a refund or exchange.
